Throughout the Spring term the nursery children have accessed a range of new stories and texts every week. The Nursery lending library takes place every Tuesday and Thursday in school – where the children are able to access a wide range of stories, texts and poetry books. The Nursery library is a popular place to be and the story puppets are also a very popular tool to develop communication and language.

On Thursday 7th March the Nursery class joined the whole school to celebrate World Book Day. The children joined the whole school assembly and also came to school dressed in their reading PJs or a story character outfit. On the day the most popular texts were:
