Children from year 5 attended an event yesterday to train them in this new leadership role in school. They are going to promote health and wellbeing across school and are meeting with the school council to feed back and agree initial actions. The group attended workshops on: physical activity, school of kindness, junior road safety, NE Ambulance Service and climate and environment. The four children attending were excellent ambassadors for our school and we are looking forward to celebrating their future initiatives!
