Today, a group of children attended Mini Health Champion training at the Fed. They listened to a key note speaker talking about kindness and resilience, before taking part in six different workshops. The children learned how to perform CPR and explored the back of an ambulance. They discussed how to prevent fires and had a turn using a fire hose. Another workshop was about kindness and how being kind to one person can actually create a ripple effect and is like being kind to 125 people!
The children thoroughly enjoyed all of the workshops and are excited to implement ideas they have learned back in school.
