Reception have shown a huge interest in the TV show Big Cook Little Cook. This week, Little Cook came to visit us on his spoon and left us Big Cook’s Big Cookery Book! The children were so excited with their surprise and could not wait to find out what we were going to be cooking. The children had good knowledge of how to make the jam tarts from watching the episode and reading the recipe. After baking them in the oven, the children all sat in a circle to taste them – they were delicious!
